501 Series

Posted by Memorigin on

Nowadays, darts is no longer just a leisure game in bars. It is also a kind of sports that needs the coordination of the full body, strong mentality, and perseverance in training skills. Similarly, watch craftsmanship requires physical calculations and expertise. It is especially true for tourbillon watch when it consists of more than a hundred pieces of components. Craftsmen have to accumulate their experience in order to make such a complicated chronometer. Paul Lim, world-famous professional darts player, and Cathy Leung, Hong Kong female professional dart player, partner with Memorigin, the Hong Kong tourbillon watch brand, to design a tourbillon watch series – 501 series. They will wear their watches to attend various world championships and to promote the darts sport. The black dial forms a great contrast with the red hands on it, and Memorigin chooses a tourbillon movement with 80-hour power reserve and rotation at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour for this series. The rose-gold darts shape is carved on the day-night indicator at 3 o’clock position to remind the players to train hard. A traditional dartboard is carved on the power indicator at 9 o’clock position. It means to gather the power to play a perfect game.
