Shipping Policy
Memorigin offers international shipping services. Products will be shipped within 7 to 14 working days after the order has been confirmed by Memorigin via phone or email and will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please note that we do not ship to military zones, hotels, or P.O. boxes. Should delivery fail due to an address being deemed restricted, the shipping charges incurred will be borne by the customer.
For pre-order items, customers will be notified once the products have arrived. Shipment will be arranged as soon as possible.
Hong Kong SAR
Shipping is free for selected products delivered within Hong Kong. Complimentary delivery eligibility may vary depending on the model. Memorigin offers several delivery options to accommodate our customers’ needs.
Customers may choose to:
- collect the product at our showroom, or
- opt for our complimentary courier / door-to-door delivery service.

Complimentary shipping is offered on selected timepieces. Eligibility may vary by model. Please note that any customs duties and taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Other International Destinations
Complimentary shipping is offered on selected timepieces, with eligibility varying by model. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by local customs authorities when shipping to regions outside China. Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped via FedEx. Kindly note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures and weather conditions.

Memorigin Watch Company Limited reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Memorigin Watch Company Limited shall be final.
送货政策
万希泉产品提供全球配送服务。顾客成功购买万希泉产品后，万希泉一般会于透过电邮或电话确认订单后计起的7-14个工作天内发货，配送到顾客于订单内所指定的地址，配送范围并不包括：军事禁区、酒店及邮政信箱。
如顾客在网上成功预订产品，万希泉的服务人员会在产品到货后通知顾客，再作送货安排。
香港特别行政区
部分腕表可尊享本地免运送递服务，适用与否视乎款式而定。本公司提供多项送递方式，以配合阁下的不同需要。
客户可选择：
- 亲临陈列室自取，或
- 使用免费速递 / 到户派送服务
