Shipping policy

From Hong Kong to international destinations, our team will guide you through the delivery arrangements available for your timepiece. Delivery options and complimentary shipping eligibility vary by model and destination.

Order preparation and dispatch

Once Memorigin has confirmed your order by telephone or email, preparation generally takes 7–14 working days before dispatch. This is the preparation period, rather than the time required for delivery to your address.

For timepieces marked “Available to Order”, please refer to the preparation time for your chosen model and colour. Additional preparation is required, so the standard dispatch period may not apply. We will let you know when your watch is ready and arrange shipment as soon as possible.

Delivery within Hong Kong

Selected timepieces enjoy complimentary local delivery. Depending on the options available for your order, you may choose showroom collection or courier delivery to your address. Our team will be pleased to confirm the arrangements or discuss a suitable delivery time slot.

Delivery outside Hong Kong

Selected timepieces enjoy complimentary shipping to Mainland China and other international destinations. Eligibility varies by model and destination. Please review the shipping information at checkout, or contact our team to confirm the shipping fee before placing your order.

Unless otherwise specified, international orders are shipped via FedEx. Actual delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, weather conditions and local delivery arrangements.

Customs duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes collected at checkout are estimates calculated by Shopify. The final amounts assessed by the relevant authorities may differ. Once your order total has been paid, Memorigin will cover any additional import duties and taxes above the amount collected at checkout. If the final amount is lower, the difference will not be refunded. Amounts collected for import duties and taxes are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Alligator leather straps

Import restrictions in certain countries may require an alternative strap. For overseas orders, Memorigin reserves the right to replace an alligator leather strap with a calf leather strap. We will notify you of any substitution before dispatch.

Delivery addresses

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. Orders will be sent to that address. Delivery is not available to military zones, hotels or P.O. boxes. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is restricted, the resulting shipping charges are payable by the customer.
