William Shum Appointed as a Non-official Justice of the Peace (JP) in Hong Kong

Memorigin extends its heartfelt congratulations to Mr. William Shum, our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, on his appointment as a Non-official Justice of the Peace (JP) in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region by the Chief Executive on 1 July 2026.

This honour not only recognises Mr. William’s years of dedication to serving the community, but also symbolises a commitment to shouldering social responsibility and serving the people of Hong Kong.

Mr. William said:
“I will uphold my responsibilities and faithfully fulfil my duties as a Justice of the Peace, dedicating myself to serving the people of Hong Kong.”
