Life is like a voyage in which everyone is an adventurer. There are ups and downs in our journey. We may come across rain storms or strong winds that hinder us from moving on. Yet, as long as we have faith and courage, the barriers can actually push us towards our destination. Memorigin, the Hong Kong tourbillon watch brand, invited Kam Wah Holdings Ltd to collaborately design a encouraging tourbillon watch series. Using sailboats as the theme, they have launched the Voyage Series.
The concept of sailboats implies perserverance. While the dial has a skeletal design that shows the operation of the delicate watch components, its design matches with the position of the movement. Two barrel drums in different sizes align with two rudder wheels. When the mainspring rotates, it simulates turning the wheel to different directions. The highlight of the dial is the second-hand in compass shape on the left, leading us to our future in our life journey. The stainless-steel watch case is in barrel shape, and it is stylish and sporty when the dial is designed in dark color. Having the hour and minute hands in anchor shape spinning above the curve lines at the bottom of the dial, it perfectly illustrates that the waves are pushing the sailboat forward while it is voyaging on the sea.

As the tradional second-hand is replaced by a compass, it requires more advanced technologies on the tourbillon movement. Memorigin has spent four months in developing a special movment for this series. It provides 72 hours of power research and vibrates in a frequency of 28,800 times per hour. The tourbillon movement empowers you all the time on your unpredictable life journey.
