‘SpongeBob SquarePants, SpongeBob SquarePants…’ Whenever you hear this melody, you will think of the cheerful and adorable SpongeBob. It is believed that everyone has his own most favorite cartoon character when he was young. Have you changed yours after growth? Does it remain the same? Positivity and optimism are the sources of happiness. The joyful SpongeBob matches well with the idea of Memorigin as they both want to bring positive energy and happiness to everyone. Therefore, Memorigin partners with GZ Art-land (Hong Kong) Company Ltd to launch the SpongeBob Series – SpongeBob Gold tourbillon watch, hoping to bring more positive thoughts to the customers through its design concept.
The design differs from the previous colorful image, and it goes a stylish black and gold color match this time. The SpongeBob is carved at the 12 o’clock position so it can easily be seen at first glance. To make a breakthrough in the design, some abstract elements are added into the watch. The hands and feet of SpongeBob are placed near the tourbillon, and its pineapple house is carved at 3 o’clock position. With the wave and seaweeds carvings enclosing the dial, they demonstrate an undersea living environment. To celebrate the SpongeBob Gold campaign, a rose-gold watch case is selected to represent the cute and active style of SpongeBob. The black alligator strap looks more elegant under the color match.
To show the classy theme of the watch, Memorigin specially designs a black checked watch box made of artificial leather. The brim of the box is yellow in color so that the bright contrast would stimulate your eyeballs, and that the design of the box matches with the watch. Lastly, to surprise the customers with joy, the paper box is stamped with many SpongeBob as the pattern. The whole box is full of surprises and happiness.
The designer also adds black in the color options. The black watch case with the black strap is unique and stylish.
