Memorigin Sponsors the Geely Automobile Inter-City Bridge Championships 2026

The Geely Automobile Inter-City Bridge Championships 2026 was successfully held from 5 to 9 August 2026. A longstanding supporter of intellectual sports, Memorigin was honoured to serve as one of the event’s partners this year, sponsoring the Memorigin Open Pairs in support of the development of bridge culture. Memorigin’s brand partner and magician, John Fung, represented the brand at the event and served as an award presenter, presenting the trophy and a Memorigin Kan Series Tourbillon to the champions of the Memorigin Open Pairs in recognition of their outstanding performance. Through its support of this sport that combines intellect and strategy, Memorigin hopes to encourage more young people to take part and discover the enduring appeal of bridge.

Previously, Memorigin collaborated with Abby, Alan, and magician John Fung to unveil the Magic Bridge Tourbillon Watch. This timepiece artfully integrates the embossing of playing cards into its design, creating a watch that seamlessly blends artistry and craftsmanship—dedicated to both bridge enthusiasts and watch collectors.

The Magic Bridge Tourbillon watch features an exquisite skeleton dial that reveals the intricate workings of its precise movement. The dial design draws inspiration from the embossing techniques used in playing cards, cleverly incorporating repetitive and orderly dots, lines, and surfaces to enhance the richness of the design. The hour markers are set with 12 black diamonds, and between each marker, engravings of "bids" and "calls" from the bidding box echo the bridge theme. Additionally, the watch features two small windows engraved with spade, heart, club, and diamond, as well as the A, K, Q, and J pattern. As time passes, different card faces appear, adding a playful element to the watch.

This tourbillon timepiece features a movement composed of 181 components and 19 jewels for the Magic Bridge Tourbillon watch, featuring a power reserve of 40 hours. The tourbillon mechanism at the 6 o'clock position vibrates at a frequency of 28,800 times per hour, ensuring stable and accurate timekeeping. This precision mirrors the calmness and meticulousness of bridge players, who maintain a steady performance to bring glory to Hong Kong.
