FaLaLa Tourbillon Makes Its Appearance in 《獨居的儀式感》 MV

In the music video 《獨居的儀式感》, Vic Teo and Stephanie Lee Tsz Ching portray a couple immersed in tender romance, with the FaLaLa Tourbillon timepiece serving as a symbolic token of their love. From shared daily moments and time spent painting together to the heartfelt act of selecting a wedding gown, the watch quietly bears witness to the fleeting moments of their time in love. As the narrative unfolds toward separation, it becomes a silent keeper of emotions—subtly tracing the passage of love and time.

Designed personally by Hong Kong TMG singer-songwriter Vic Teo, the FaLaLa Tourbillon features on its dial a fly named “FaLaLa”—a flower-loving character embodying purity of heart. The design captures the figure surfing while holding a blossom, brought to life through a partially skeletonised dial that reveals the intricate precision and mechanical beauty of the tourbillon movement beneath. Ten diamonds are set as hour markers, complemented by blue luminous hands, lending the composition a sense of playfulness layered with refined depth.

The timepiece is paired with four alligator strap options in black, white, red, and blue— allowing wearers of different styles to find an expression uniquely their own.

Originally created in 2007 by Vic Teo, the “FaLaLa” character seeks to redefine conventional perceptions of flies—not as symbols of filth or harm, but as a being that loves flowers and embodies a pure, unburdened soul. Its name, derived from a phonetic play on “FLY” (F-LY), evokes a spirit of freedom, lightness, and vitality in flight.

At its heart beats a flying tourbillon movement composed of 155 components and 18 jewels, delivering approximately 40 hours of power reserve. Positioned at 6 o’clock, the flying tourbillon completes one full rotation every 60 seconds, embodying the flow of time and the strength of forward motion.
