FaLaLa Tourbillon Launch & 《獨居的儀式感》 MV Premiere

When creative inspiration encounters fine watchmaking, time ceases to merely pass — it becomes something to be treasured.

On February 7, Memorigin, together with TMG, hosted the “A Moment with Vic Teo” FaLaLa Tourbillon Launch and the premiere of 《獨居的儀式感》 at Eaton HK. Singer-songwriter Vic Teo, MEMORIGIN Founder and CEO William Shum, along with MV cast members Stephanie Lee Tsz Ching and Nichole Lai, attended in person.

The atmosphere was warm yet vibrant. Vic Teo watched the premiere of his new MV alongside fans and personally presented the pre-ordered FaLaLa Tourbillons to supporters, imbuing each timepiece with the symbolism of a token of devotion. He later delivered a heartfelt live performance, where melody intertwined with the rhythmic rotation of the tourbillon, allowing memories shaped by time to linger softly in the air.

In the MV, Vic Teo and Stephanie Lee Tsz Ching portray a sweet couple, wearing the FaLaLa Tourbillon as their symbolic keepsake. From shared daily moments and painting scenes to selecting a wedding gown, the narrative unfolds tenderly before culminating in separation — a development that lends emotional authenticity to the story. Taking on an emotionally demanding crying scene for the first time, Vic Teo revealed that he revisited memories of past heartbreak to fully immerse himself in the role, naturally shedding tears that infused the MV with genuine sentiment.

As the event coincided with Stephanie Lee Tsz Ching’s birthday on February 6, Vic Teo surprised her with a cake, prompting the audience to join in celebration. The heartfelt gesture reflected both friendship and creative camaraderie. Stephanie Lee candidly shared that portraying a couple — including intimate scenes — in their very first collaboration made her slightly nervous at the beginning. However, Vic’s warmth and approachability quickly eased the atmosphere, allowing them to develop a natural and convincing on-screen chemistry. Nichole Lai, participating in her first-ever MV production, expressed her gratitude and honor, noting that she has long admired Vic’s musical works.

Designed personally by Vic Teo, the FaLaLa Tourbillon features on its dial a fly named “FaLaLa” — a flower-loving character with a pure heart. The dial depicts FaLaLa surfing while holding a blossom, complemented by a partially skeletonized design that reveals the intricate workings of the tourbillon movement beneath. Ten diamonds mark the hours, accentuating luminous blue hands and achieving a harmonious balance between playful imagination and refined aesthetics. To accommodate different tastes, the timepiece is paired with four alligator strap options in black, white, red, and blue.

William Shum expressed his delight that the MV has imbued the watch with deeper meaning: “A timepiece is not merely an instrument for telling time, but a vessel that records life’s joys and sorrows — a trajectory of time itself. This is why our brand places great emphasis on personalization, inviting clients to participate in the design process to create truly unique and commemorative tourbillon timepieces.”
