Last year, Qiqi, the world-renowned model, collaborated with Memorigin, the Hong Kong tourbillon watch brand, to launch a tourbillon watch series. While its design is inspired by the forests of Vienna where Qiqi grew up in, the dreamy ‘Spring of Vienna’ tourbillon series has received much attention and achieved great success in sales. This year, Memorigin is honored to work with Qiqi again. Continuing the nature-inspired theme, the two watches of the ‘Love Love Collection’ tourbillon series spread the message of love and give positive vibes through some adorable animals. Qiqi has specially added a heart on the dials to align the design with that of the ‘Spring of Vienna – Ruby’, meaning to let love be spread around.
‘Love Love Collection– Family’ has the China Giant Pandas, which represent peace and unity with their gentle and lovable characteristics, as its inspiration. There are three pandas made of black and white diamonds on the dial. Their sitting and lying postures show how they enjoy themselves, which have made them even cuter. Memorigin has used its best skeletal carving techniques to create a bamboo forest and the relaxing pandas. A peony flower and a butterfly made of mother-of-pearl are placed at the 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock position as decorations. The heart-shaped design at 12 o’clock position is like bringing the bamboo forest to life. It becomes more vivid and enhances the visual of the watch.
The watch case is in the shape of a camellia blossom shape to present an oriental characteristic together with the pandas. It is surrounded by red and white diamonds. The hour hands and the alligator strap are also bright red in color to make the watch more elegant. The watch provides two color options: silver and rose gold. Equipped with a tourbillon movement with 60 hours of power reserve, the watch is practical while being stylish.
For the ‘Love Love Collection– Friends’, the squirrel and two lovebirds on the dial will catch your eyeballs. They are made of 18K white gold, and are decorated with an 18K-gold pine cone and twigs. The diamond cutting processed by the highly skilled craftsmen allows the diamond to be shinier and more sparkling. While the squirrel is holding its favorite pine cone and the lovebirds are in love, the heart in the middle has injected the feeling of happiness to the scenery. The stainless-steel watch case has a skeletal design and a delicate carving of a peony flower. Every petal and layer is exquisitely carved to present its multi-dimension. The operation of the tourbillon components can be seen at the back of the dial which makes the watch more fascinating.
The circle watch case never gets old. The adorable squirrel on the case makes the design more outstanding. The hour hands and the watch strap are blue in color. Its elegance is shown when the diamonds shine with the tourbillon movement at 6 o’clock position. Memorigin specially chooses a tourbillon movement which vibrates in a frequency of 28,800 times per hour and has a power reserve of 72 hours. The watch tells the time accurately with high stability. It is truly a well-equipped classy watch.
