To commemorate the 45th anniversary of the death of international superstar Bruce Lee, Memorigin and the Bruce Lee Club had collaborated to bring to you the Bruce Lee Club Tourbillon Series. Bruce Lee was one of the most influential martial artists and a pop culture icon of the 20th century. The Bruce Lee club watch series was released first in Japan which promoted his spirit all over the world.
The rose gold casing coupled with the inner dazzling skeleton dial embodies Bruce Lee's classic martial arts action and his classic yellow jumpsuit. The tourbillon movement at 6 o'clock position rotating between Bruce Lee's arms brings action to the whole design. Yellow diamonds were embedded as the time index. The black diamonds at the 4 o’clock and 5 o’clock positions represented 45th anniversary of his death. Exquisite carvings of dragon’s head were featured between each diamonds’ index, symbolizing "the dragon's successor" in Chinese culture. The yellow and black watch strap was inspired by his signature yellow jumpsuit in Lee’s movies.
Memorigin had specially designed the tourbillon movement with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour for this series. It is stable and accurate with 40 hours power reserve. This movement is creating the same legend as Bruce Lee.
